I just watched "Evan Almighty" and it was great. Probably the best portrayal of interaction between God and a man that I have ever seen in a Hollywood film.
It was not only acceptable, but Biblical. I love seeing the Holy Spirit use the secular for the greater purpose of God.

I know exactly what you mean! That movie was awesome! We could actually watch a movie with our three young children and not worry.
Eli, Thursday evening we had evening repast with your folks. Even Hannah was there. They showed us their slide show. It was wonderful seeing some of the people you work with and the things you do. Keep up the good work. They gave us one of the wind chimes your mom brought back. Am going to hang on porch at bend of the river. Had some bad storms this week, Many homes destroyed but no deaths. They say it may snow this morning. Hope it doesnt get our blueberries again.
